3–4 days in Major cities and 4–7 days in Outlying areas. Our partners deliver Nationwide. If you’re outside of South African borders, we will deliver within 20–31 days.

You even get a secret spy code so you can track your package’s journey until it lands right at your doorstep. Get ready to shout: “I spy my delivery!” when it arrives. ✨

Refund and Return Policies

Sometimes, a spy mission takes a little detour — but here’s how we fix it:

I spy a broken clue… 💔 If your package arrives damaged or isn’t the right one, please let us know within 7 days and send a picture. We’ll send a brand-new surprise or give the money back.
I spy a mind change… 🤔 If you change your mind but haven’t opened your book, puzzle, or toy, you can return it within 7 days (but the travel costs go on your side).
I spy a money trail… 💰 Once we get your package back, the refund sneaks back to your bank within 5–7 working days.
I spy a switch… 🔄 We don’t swap packages directly, but you can return the first one (if allowed) and order the new one you want.
